Our children's playsets, including the popular Rosa Wooden Children's Kitchen, are crafted from sustainable wood materials. We prioritize using eco-friendly materials to promote environmental responsibility.

2. Are your playsets safe for children?

Yes, our playsets are designed with safety in mind. We ensure that they meet all safety standards and regulations to provide children with a safe play experience.

4. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@busykiddo.com to initiate a return.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days in the European Union. During busy periods, such as Christmas, please allow up to a week for delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary.

6. What courier companies do you use for shipping?

We work with reliable courier companies such as DHL, UPS, GLS, DPD, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

If you receive a damaged parcel, please ask the courier to note the damage on the receipt. Take photos that clearly show the extent of the box and goods damage. Keep the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. Contact us for further assistance.

8. Do you ship to islands and military zones?

Unfortunately, we do not ship parcels to islands and military zones.

9. Are there any customs clearance fees or taxes?

All parcels are shipped from the European Union (Poland). For shipments within the European Union, there are no taxes and custom fees applied. However, for shipments to other countries, the buyer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary and are based on the destination country's regulations.

10. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

But please consider that we do not have a return or exchange agreement with courier companies. In case if the customer wants to return the order, customer must pay all the shipping costs. Please, make sure that the returned goods are unused and in the original packaging.
