7. What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

8. Do you ship to islands and military zones?

Unfortunately, we do not ship parcels to islands and military zones.

All parcels are shipped from the European Union (Poland). For shipments within the European Union, there are no taxes and custom fees applied. 10. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

But please consider that we do not have a return or exchange agreement with courier companies. In case if the customer wants to return the order, customer must pay all the shipping costs. Please, make sure that the returned goods are unused and in the original packaging.
