FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION  For all orders within the European Union we offer free shipping.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days in the European Union. During busy periods, such as Christmas, please allow up to an additional week for safety. We recommend allowing extra time in the run-up to Christmas.

COURIER COMPANIES Our delivery partner is DPD.

TRACKING Please regularly check the status of your parcel using the tracking number provided until you receive your package. In case of delays or other issues, please contact us.

DAMAGES If you receive a damaged parcel, request the courier to note the damage on the receipt. Take photos that clearly show the extent of the damage to both the box and the goods. Keep the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is resolved.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS Please note that we do not ship parcels to islands and military zones.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES/TAXES All parcels are shipped from the European Union (Poland). Within the European Union, there are no taxes and customs fees applied. Countries outside the European Union are considered third countries and must pay VAT at the time of customs clearance. This tax is levied by the state on the import of goods. The buyer is responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on factors like the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
